As Operations Director of Digital Jersey, Carla managed the promotion and operations of the Digital Jersey Hub, as well as its skills and community strategy. At the States of Jersey's Economic Development Department, she oversaw community projects and approved grants. Carla has also served on sub-committees for the CIPD and Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and collaborated closely with Leadership Jersey.
