Gilly has spent the last 8 years working in the charity sector, the last 2 of which she has led multiple grant making programmes, delivering support to over 200 organisations across the UK. Gilly grew up in Jersey and moved back to the island in 2019. Gilly is passionate about supporting the local community and has volunteered for and supported local charities for decades. More recently she has been involved in supporting charities to maximise income through the lump sum donation scheme.

Gilly’s specialism is with delivering digital services, which she believes is crucial to the sustainability and growth of charities - either through streamlining administrative processes, volunteer management, online fundraising, communications and marketing or reaching vulnerable communities.
