Nikki has represented Jersey at the Commonwealth Games and Island Games in pistol shooting and has over 16 years' experience of sports administration and a Masters in Sports Law. She is a member of Sport Resolutions' National Safeguarding Panel and was formerly the safeguarding lead for sport in Jersey. Nikki is a former teacher who has taught in schools, a zoo, an Australian cattle station and a prison and is currently employed by the Jersey Safeguarding Partnership Board as a trainer.
