Nikki has represented Jersey at the Commonwealth Games and Island Games in pistol shooting and has over 20 years' experience of sports administration and a Masters in Sports Law. She is a member of Sport Resolutions' National Safeguarding Panel and sits on the International Cricket Council’s Safeguarding Panel. Nikki is a former teacher who has taught in schools, a zoo, an Australian cattle station and a prison and is currently employed as a Sport Sector Officer for the Government of Jersey, where she is the Island’s contact with UNESCO for the International Convention Against Doping in Sport.
