Nick is the Co-Founder and Chair of Every Child Our Future, an education charity which supports Jersey children, mainly from disadvantaged backgrounds, in the areas of literacy, speech and language. He served as Chair of Governors of Jersey College for Girls and was a Co-Founder of the Channel Islands Student Business Challenge, an entrepreneurship challenge for secondary school students which was a collaboration between four businesses and nine schools.

Nick was Chair of a number of non-profit companies within the Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropies Group. He joined as a consultant on its inception and was part of the team responsible for building the governance and infrastructure required to support its global grant-giving programmes including chairing its UK registered charity.

Nick is an Advocate and was Group Chief Executive and Managing Partner of Ogier.
