For ten years Stephen was the Chairman of the Jersey Employment Trust (JET) an island wide charity providing training and supported employment for people with disabilities. During his Chairmanship the number of people assisted by JET who obtained paid employment in the private sector increased significantly.
Stephen qualified as a barrister in 1994 and has since become one of the world’s leading authorities in compliance and the governance of risk. He is the original founder of the International Compliance Association, an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University and the author of the best-selling book ‘Criminal Capital’.
He is the founder and CEO of RiskScreen an award winning regulatory technology software business with customers spanning over one hundred countries.
