Tania is Global Head of HR at Carey Olsen. She has a wide variety of experience in HR, leading teams within FTSE 100 companies for Corporate and Commercial banking divisions before moving into professional and legal services. Prior to joining Carey Olsen Tania was the Group Director of HR at Elian, a leading international corporate administration business.
